The Xeikon is one of the most environmentally friendly digital colour presses on the market. It uses a toner instead of solvents enabling us to print on a vast amount of different materials including recyclables as well as polypropylene, foil and paper to name but a few.

Currently we offer both plain & printed labels on all materials and adhesives, including, Polyethylene and Polypropylene, varnished, reinforced and permanent adhesive papers and many more, most of which we hold in stock.

We have significant expertise working with a broad range of specialist materials and adhesives currently in use in labelling for specific applications, for example, extreme environments and temperatures, aggressive adhesives etc.

Digital Labels

We were employed to design a label for a luxury bathroom product, part of a range of high end products being sold to shops & pharmacies internationally.

The brief was to produce a high quality, waterproof label with a vintage look and feel that would keep its vibrant colour, staying true to the customer’s brand.

We chose a high spec PP and a specialist matt varnish, which ensured both extremely high tack adhesion and complete protection for the ink and design.

The finished result was a high quality on-roll label suitable for machine or hand application.
